Overview - The Internet payroll solution provides employers the ability to access data and information relative to all aspects of their payroll and human resource activities, including current and historical wage information. Employers can logon and see any payroll and benefit report from any pay period or time period which EPS has processed their activities.

Internet Features - EPS Payroll is a true Internet payroll solution. There is no special software to install or upgrades to maintain. You have complete access to your payroll and HR data 24 hours per day - 7 days per week. Simply launch your Internet browser and log on our state-of-the-art payroll application. As an Internet application EPS Payroll offers unparalleled capabilities.

Internet Security - We offer multiple levels of security including User name, password, as well as IP address restrictions. All data security is provided through secure firewall and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technologies.

Time Entry - epsTimeEntry is where the payroll process begins. Our time-entry system provides optimal productivity levels for entering payroll data, un-matched functionality and most of all, ease-of-use. epsTimeEntry provides a "heads-down" approach to entering payroll data using a "one" key click to move from field to field. The user can change the format of the entire time-entry screen on-the-fly without losing data already entered. Modifications to pay-rates and salary information are also handled directly from the main time-entry screen, with all modifications logged to an audit report, subject to approval, at the Company's discretion.

Online Reports - epsReports provides over 50 main reports, along with many variations of each, directly via the Internet at any time of the day or night and from anywhere. Employee Self-service - epsEmployee is an employee self-service center that allows employees to review all aspects of their payroll and human resource data including wages, taxes, deductions, benefits, and any paid-time-off accruals such as vacation records. Employees can logon and view pay-stubs as well as any of their payroll and benefits reports from any time period which EPS has processed their payroll information.

Company Reporting Levels - Reporting requirements for businesses today have become extremely onerous. As a result we have developed a multi-tiered company reporting feature that provides reporting levels starting at your company's FEIN and continue down through Division, Location, and Department. Further, employees may be assigned and have their labor cost allocated to multiple departments.

Payment Methods

Helping both employers and employees we provide four alternative methods of paying employees.

Standard Paycheck - We calculate the employees net pay and print their paycheck "drawn" on the employer's bank account.

All-in-OneTM Paycheck - We calculate the employees net pay and print their paycheck "drawn" on our (service bureau) bank account.

Direct Deposit - Employees can select an unlimited number of bank accounts to have their net pay deposited to.

epsPaycardTM - Funds are deposited to this paycheck card in the same manner as with direct deposit. This card allows the owner to make purchases any place where VISA is accepted.
